Ensure compliance with the overall budget and operational standards.DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor the proper execution of the overall budget.Oversee the execution of the programs in each area based on the objectives approved by top management.Monitor the correct application of financial, human, and material resources to detect deviations and determine their causes.Report to management on a monthly basis regarding the authorized budget performance.Coordinate with area managers the design and implementation of internal controls.Monitor and test the correct functioning of the established internal controls.Ensure compliance with the established operational standards in the field and factory areas for each of their production processes and report deviations, determining their causes.Collaborate with the Quality and Safety representative to verify compliance with established indicators and parameters in the field and factory areas, and report deviations indicating their causes.Work with the human resources department to verify compliance with established regulations regarding payroll, overtime, and employee hiring.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in the departments of cane growers' credit, accounting, warehouse, and finished product storage.Monitor compliance with state and federal tax obligations.Inform the relevant areas of any modifications in state and federal tax laws to ensure proper implementation.Coordinate the physical inventory of materials, supplies, and finished products.Ensure continuous employee training to increase efficiency and effectiveness in their work performance.ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIESFluently bilingual (Spanish and English) / written and verbal.Strong analytical skills.Ability to communicate with higher hierarchy levels, peers, and subordinates
