As Corporate Giving Services Operations Service Manager (Grant and Contributions Operations) you will be a member of the Corporate Giving Services Management team within the GBS - Compliance Legal & Contracting Operations (CLCO) business unit, and will lead operational activities, accountabilities and processes related to the Corporate Giving (medical education grants, sponsorships, contributions and donations) Center of Excellence.As the Corporate Giving Services Operations Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the regional service team and operating model, overseeing operations and process, and managing related financial and human resources. The role is also responsible and accountable for development of the end-to-end governance and processes that will be delivered by specialists.
