**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**The primary responsibility of this position is the administration, execution and follow-up of the different HR processes for corporate employees.To drive talent management strategy, organizational effectiveness, building organizational capability, talent assessment/selection, and support facilities in all Mexico, excluding Queretaro.
**_Job Responsibilities_**- Follow up recruitment and selection process (Request requisitions tickets, kick off meetings, approve requisitions, Interviews, follow up to offers/ approval, Data information HR Check list, Update talent format)- Labor relations processes, including Resignations and Terminations around México.- Ensure successful competition for the following annual compensation and benefits processes: Salary and market adjustments, band ranges, merit plan and Job Evaluations.- Proactively involve and drive talent management program to retain while maximize the talent capabilities such as developing potentials.- Management and follow up Master training plan for required and recommended trainings.- Guide employees and supervisors in employee relations conflict resolution (absenteeism management, working schedules coordination, performance improvement action).- Ensure the compliance of Communication Plan (participate in monthly meetings, Ensure Eaton Brand voice and materials are used in any advertising or local outreach communications).- Acts as a support contact point for employees and managers in the business unit and ensure the internal communication related HR topics.- Implement a strategy based on exit interviews and on boarding surveys improve the organizational climate,- Acts as a support point to managers related employees survey and ensure the compliance in the action plans.- Provide coaching and ensures timely effective execution in succession planning (Talent Review).- Provide strategy and advice to LOP´S such as performance management (TalentHUB), leadership development.- Eaton´s culture supporting Inclusion & Diversity and wellness initiatives of local committees on Santa Fe site and coordinate events focused on improving the work environment.- Prepare the monthly corporate communications Meeting (All Hands Meeting)- Create and follow up the business requirements on internal platform for: interviews, salary change, data employee changes or data correction, terminations, validation, sign and send Employee letters.- Attend and Ensure required trainings, team completion of HR core curriculum and HR Orientation via HR College**_._**LI-DS1**Qualifications**:**_ QUALIFICATION_**- Bachelor's degree necessary.- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR- Knowledge in Local and Federal laws,Microsoft Office, excel, Strong communication skills Spanish & English, ability to work with people at all levels, Leadership
