.This is a cross-functional role, since the software engineer must be able to perform detailed functions to support business analysis, technology architecture, functional & technical design, testing and productive deployments.Person in this role is expected to be a well regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of managing complex technology projects, work with international and x-cultural teams and strong technical skills to coordinate details of work with experts.The day to day activities of the role will encompass the full project lifecycle, including:- Project management functions, ensuring stakeholder engagement, status updates, and issue escalation- Working with functional stakeholders and local leads to understand key business needs, translate those into a clear, actionable technology project demand and track overall book of work- This role will be integrated into the management team acting as a trusted advisor- Responsibilities will include overseeing and driving technology initiatives by organizing and executing on-time delivery of key strategic priorities and objectives- Developing periodic presentations for management and other ad-hoc presentations to Senior Management- Coordinating and participate in forums between key stakeholders to discuss development, progress and issues- Communicating and coordinating effectively with impacted teams, corporate functions areas and external entities- Execution of the above processes with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness of meeting deliverables on prescribed timetables / calendars- Enforce technology strategies and architecture principles to implement proven technology solutions**Qualifications:- 1+ years working with technology projects- Fluent in English- Open to work with multiple time zones- Broad understanding of Technology projects and Financial business- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - with ability to influence- Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive level presentations- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities and to meet deadlines under pressure- Must be comfortable speaking to Senior Management and presenting ideas- Ability to run meetings across diverse functions, locations and businessesBachelor's degree required J.P.
