**Responsibilities**:- Collaborates in the management, coordination and supervision of improvements in Markets systems.- Supports in the attention to internal and external areas regarding system information requests.- Participation of global, regional and local projects related to the implementation of Markets systems.- Support internal and external audit requirements.- Management of the incident, problem and change control process.
**Skills**:- Bachelor's degree or Engineering or related in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related areas.- 1 year of experience in the Information Technology industry.- Knowledge of business resilience and technical aptitude related to BIA, planning, testing, governance and reporting.- Operational and crisis management experience.- Experience in participating in projects/programs.- Successful history of delivering results.- Excellent oral and written communication skills: ability to manage expectations and interactions between the business and technology organization, as well as consult and advise clients.- English language communication skills.- Teamwork capability.- ITL Certification in the framework (desirable).- You must have outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment.J.P.
