In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles and departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a recruiter (2+ years preferred)- Fluent English B2+ (Minimu)- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound hiring decisions.- Experience working in global companies.**What We Offer**:- Equal Opportunity Employer- Monday to Friday schedule- Benefits above law- 17 days holidaysPay: $21,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
