In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our corporate positions.
You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Carry out overall recruiting strategy for the brand.Call prospective loan officers, building relationships geared towards bringing the best and brightest on board.Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and/or other recruiting sites.Source and attract candidates by using applicant tracking systems, social media, etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.Evaluate candidates based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, abilities, experience, and aptitudes.Conduct comprehensive structured behavioral interviews.Mentor new loan officers to become fully integrated with the brand.Provide status update reports to the Business Development team.Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills required.Understanding of the mortgage industry required.Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.1-2 years recruiting experience preferred.Hands-on experience with various selection processes preferred.Some college experience and/or applicable certifications preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CMS preferred.Previous Loan Officer experience a plus.Bilingual/Spanish preferred.We Offer:Competitive salaryCareer pathMonday to Friday schedule17 days of holidaysAfter the 6th Month You Are Eligible For:30 days of Christmas Bonus100% of vacation premium26% Savings fund (13% employee and 13% Company)Minor Medical ExpensesInternal coursesIf you want to be part of this dynamic and value-passionate company, please send your English resume.
