Job DescriptionThe Recruiter is crucial in driving the growth and success of our organization by sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in roles that match their skills and career goals. This role requires a tenacious approach to recruitment, focusing on impact on candidate experience, pipeline generation, relationship building, data management and profitability to support growth and efficiency. Recruiters are responsible for managing the full Recruitment Lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to supporting the onboarding process, contract maintenance and redeploying top performing Associates. This position requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to achieving staffing objectives. Your main responsibilitiesSourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.Candidate Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with passive candidates, build relationships, and communicate the value of joining our organization.Pipeline Building: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to assist in our talent acquisition strategy.Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and HR to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on candidate progress, and participate in candidate selection discussions.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and guidance throughout the recruitment process
