.**JOB DESCRIPTION**As a Senior Auditor (Associate) within our Internal Audit group, you will be part of a global team of highly motivated auditors, who will partner with colleagues in Latin America to perform internal audit review across the region.The role is for a business auditor to join the Latin America Audit Team based in Mexico. This role provides the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of and exposure to many businesses and support functions. The role also presents many opportunities to help drive and influence positive change through-out the organization by providing recommendations to management on how to improve various business processes.**Job responsibilities**:- Execution of end to end audits, including planning, fieldwork and reporting, as well as Issue Validation and Continuous Monitoring.- Identify, assess and document risk and controls cross Lines of Business and Legal Entities.- Identify and write high quality working papers and issues and support the Auditor in Charge in writing the report.- Propose and add input on audit scope decisions providing support to the Head of Audit while preparing the Annual Audit plan and during the ongoing audits.- Ensure compliance to Audit Regulatory Requirements and deliverables.- Capability to coordinate the team to meet objectives while acting as Auditor in Charge.- Capability to discuss and agree the factual and accuracy of audit issues with stakeholders.- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and the global audit team.- Foster an environment to encourage knowledge sharing and viewpoints with IA colleagues.**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:- Bachelor's Degree.- 5+ years of Audit experience and banking industry experience.- Deep knowledge of Bank and Broker Dealer applicable regulation.- Fluent in English.- Experience in risk based auditing.- Experience in executing audits with mínimal supervision.- Team player, strong communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail.- Enthusiastic, self motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal accountability.- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with mínimal supervision.**ABOUT US**J.P.
