Run quarterly financial risk report, summarize data, create and internally publish dashboards.- Support Commodity Mgmt. Team and Site Supply Chain with supplier risk mitigation actions.- Assist Direct/Indirect Commodity Mgmt. Team on commodity specific project assignments.- Provide support for item categorization. Update Oracle to maintain/improve categorization accuracy.- Market intelligence data management: update Sourcing Index Tracker with raw material market information.- Support Commodity Teams in use of decision support tools including supplier scorecard, risk management, and any additional tools which are added in the future.- Supplier Diversity program coordination: responsible for maintaining the supplier diversity database, run reports, provide reports for Tier II requirements and processes.- Operate in a professional manner with the highest personal integrity and in accordance with Integer Code of Ethics policies.- Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements- Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience:Minimum Education:- Bachelor's Degree is required.Minimum Experience:- 1-2 years of experience in support functions, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance in performing assignments that demonstrate a high level of organization.- Proficient data management skills.Knowledge & Skills:- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint. Ability to draw and interpret graphs and charts.- ERP experience (Oracle or equivalent) is required.- Proactive, ability to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain strong internal customer focus required.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
