In this role you will be responsible for managing the training process across the company hotels in the Americas region.
You will conduct needs assessments and implement action plans to address training needs; coordinate the hotel Training Managers; conduct Management Development Modules; and oversee and supportskills and standards training.
**A successful Corporate Training Manager will be responsible to**:- Create and coordinate the annual Company Training Plan & and Create Company training guidelines- Lead the company people development strategy- Manage the continuous development program for General Managers.
