**What you'll do**:

- Complete domestic and international travel arrangements.
This includes flights, hotels, and car rentals utilizing vendor agreements.
- Maintain ownership of each record to ensure all details are completed including seat assignments, special meal requests, etc.
- Interact with the traveler or travel arrangers and provide superior customer service.
- Attend meetings and training for ongoing updates in the travel industry.
- Book hotel reservations for our overseas colleagues to utilize our North American pricing

**What is required**:

- High School Diploma or above
- Minimum 5+ years corporate travel experience on the **Worldspan GDS system** is a must
- Proficient with international ticketing and exchanges
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Concur experience and knowledge of corporate credit card program a plus.
- Required to be fluent in English
