1Click Contact Center has a great opportunity in our Cosmetic Ticket Support campaign.This is an on-site position. 4-days a week on-site and 1 weekend day (Saturday) from Home.This is a great opportunity to join our original customer service team as a BELLA Care Representative.Work Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, and Saturday (Tuesday's and Sundays's off).We offer $4000mn weekly (pre-taxes) - Full Labor Benefits after successfully completing the two-week training program - a $3,000mn hiring bonus (restrictions apply). Hands on continuous training and development. A positive and energetic work environment.Requirements: Ability to work on-site four days a week and Saturday from home. The ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English at a Tier-II level (must pass our in-house exams). Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm. Moderate computer skills. Good communication and listening skills. Coachable and a good team player. Proper hygiene and appearance. Drug and alcohol-free during work hours. Must have all Mexico work documents (INE, birth certificate, RFC, CURP, utility bill). Must have own bank account.Job Duties: Answer incoming tickets from Freshdesk CRM. Check on order statuses. Verify orders. Respond to chargebacks.
