Position Requirements:
At a minimum, the selected individual must possess the following characteristics:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2 years Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to handle complex data analysis.
- Self-starter who possesses an attention to detail.
- Strong time management, organizational, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage deadlines with a strong sense of accountability to manage workload.
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Experience in an ERP system, preferably Oracle EBS.
FCCS (Hyperion), ARCS, and/or other financial reporting tool experience is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Maintain standard costs and assist with annual standard cost update process.
Review new products BOM and Routings.
- Review weekly work orders and prepare variance analysis.
- Reconcile inventory balance with third-party logistics and contract manufacturers.
- Prepare month end inventory related journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Provides timely and accurate monthly inventory and variances analysis reports including but not limited to:
- PPV and WO Variances
- Production Volume and UPPH
- Inventory Usage and Aging
- Import Product costs
- Intercompany Margin check
- Assist with cycle count, inventory adjustment and annual physical inventory.
- Support independent external auditor quarterly reviews and annual audit.
- Ad-hoc requests and projects.
