Cost Accountant

The information they provide is vital for strategic planning and resource allocation within the company.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, is required.Master's degree can be a plus.EXPERIENCE:Prior experience in a cost accounting role, demonstrating proficiency in managing and analyzing costs within an organization.Familiarity with the standard cost of operating in a maquiladora environment.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.SKILLS:Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.Clear communication skills to effectively convey cost-related information to both financial and non-financial members of the team.High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and financial reporting.Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes and propose effective solutions.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as operations, supply chain and others.
