Recognized as a top area employer, you can build your dream career at Therma-Tru in our engaged, performance-driven culture.**Job Description**:Responsible for assisting the Financial Control Supervisor with Cost Accounting activities, Continuous Improvement projects financial analysis, Monthly and annual Financial close activities and Budget preparation. Hourly rates and Budget preparation and Cost Roll activities.- Assist the Finance Director and Materials Manager with Cycle Count and Annual Physical Inventory activities.- Assist in preparing the annual manufacturing rates and in reviewing the accuracy of cost roll performed by Corporate.- Help the Accounting Manager with Month End Close activities related to Cost or Manufacturing Accounting.- Assist in preparing the Annual Manufacturing Budget.- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual manufacturing variances reports.- Assist in analysis and evaluation of Cost Improvement and Capital Projects to ensure the proper ROI and Payback information is accurate.- Preparation of Ad-Hoc report as requested.- Assist in Fixed Asset control and physical inventory activities- Internal Control enforcement related to the position.**Qualifications**:- Proven working experience as Cost Accountant- Intermediate computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases- Knowledge of Financial and statistical tools- High attention to detail and accuracy- Degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum)- Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
