Responsibilities: Lead of the management of the standard cost systemLead of the reporting of manufacturing costs and manufacturing variances and proactively inform the management team when risk situations on reaching targets.Identified potential savings related to production efficiencyFull control of scrap top offenders on production.Lead in the development and implementation of operational accounting best practicesFinancial lead in the reporting and management of inventorySupport Operations and Commercial teams in costing related analysis and decision makingAssist or lead in the monthly close and reporting processAssist in the annual Audit processP&L Deep AnalysisProfitability analysis by business divisionGross profit Analysis per product/ customerAssist in the annual operative planning processProactively identify, support and coordinate report automation opportunitiesCapex responsibleCost analysis and cost standard calculation.Develop proficiency in SAP to become a site system leader. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent requiredCPA or CMA designation preferred but not required.Prior experience in manufacturing environment is required.Proficiency in computer and related software programs (SAP, Oracle, MS Office tools)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounting or Finance in a manufacturing environmentExperience in participating and/or managing multiple on-going projects individually or with other team members.Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and highly motivated.Organizational skills and attention to detailHigh level of commitment, creativity, teamwork and good assertivenessExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to form strong working relationships and communicate well with team members at all organizational levels.
