We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro Juriquilla office.On site: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pmJob Duties:Develop Supply Chain metrics for freight transport, logistics & warehousing business segments.Prepare financial dashboards; analyze KPIs against financial results and forecasts.Maintain the company's Cost Accounting Database, implement physical cost controls, identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cost-effectiveness.Present financial reports and interpret data.Regularly review and update standard costs to reflect changes in market conditions and processes.Collaborate with finance, procurement, and sourcing teams to prepare and manage cost-related budgets and forecasts.Present findings to the finance department and operations management team and make recommendations.Provide monthly reporting on key performance measures such as cost center spending, capital expenditures, customer volumes, lane mileage, regional mileage, etc.Review equipment productivity and conduct monthly reviews.Create investor packages and interpret and create management reports.Conduct monthly reviews with cost centers and complete thorough allocation of revenue & costs.Review, analyze and update standards and key figures in ERP system on a regular basis.Analyze customer pricing against cost benchmarks for various lanes/regions.Prepare audit schedules as assigned, and answer questions/research as requested by auditors.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.At least 5-7 years of related experience in accounting/finance is required.Previous experience working on Sage300 is an asset.Tableau/Power BI is an asset but not required; strong Excel skills areessential.Knowledge of combined financial statement presentation, SOX, financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and time management.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Business acumen: can explain the story behind the numbers.Benefits:Healthcare Benefit PackageSavings fundFood couponsChristmas loyalty bonusLife insuranceIn Charger Logistics, we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee
