Our success not only depends on our value proposition, but on the strength, knowledge and expertise of our employees.- Toluca- Contador de costos- **Responsibilities**:- Review production order and purchase price variances.- Compile and calculate cost information and perform cost rolls in SAP as needed.- Assist with month end financial closing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations- Prepare and analyze Excess & Obsolete inventory reserve calculation- Monitor factory expenses, manufacturing variances, and inventory balances.- Analyze the performance of various products and operational segments.- Work with operations team to identify & measure the return on productivity projects at the plant- Ability to lead the annual Physical Inventory working with the operations team.- Coordinate and perform the annual standard cost roll- Assist with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process- Perform the cyclical and annual physical inventories- Skills and Experience- 5+ years related experience working for a manufacturing company with a fully integrated ERP system, preferably SAP.- Prior experience calculating and performing annual cost rolls.- Prior experience leading physical inventories.- Must be strong in Excel.- Highly organized with an ability to work well under tight time constraints.- Strong ability to communicate technical accounting materials to non-accountants- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously- Willingness and ability to travel to operational sites and partner with operations management- Puiblic accountant / Administration / Finance carrer
