Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Cost Accountant located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Reporting to the Controller, the Cost Accountant's role involves: What a typical day looks like: Responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records and analyzing and interpreting accounting records to give advice or prepare statements.Reconcile trial balance accounts within individual's responsibility.Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation.Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy.Intermediate English.Knowledge of SAP system.Intermediate Excel handling.Knowledge and structure of the income statement.Profit and loss statement handling.Experience in Automotive Industry (desirable). The experience we're looking to add to our team: Intermediate English.Typically requires a bachelor's degree.Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS.Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.
