No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis role has a clear focus on costing data management and financial control.It is essential to the establishment and delivery of inventory holding methodology, standard and actual costing, and USGAAP reporting.Communication to Financial Control Leadership Team, Supply Chain Finance Planning, and Site Finance Teams.Your ImpactFinancial ControlExecute the overall PGT costing master data process through building a strong working relationship with the Data Management Organisation (DMO) and other relevant stakeholders such as SCF Planning, Site Finance Teams, and Global Procurement.Support the GCS Control agenda for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Costing, including testing of GCS controls in line with GCS testing deadlines.Support the agenda with Supply Chain Finance & Control on continuous process improvements through active collaboration with PGT Costing Superusers.Financial ReportingSupport the management of costing data in SAP, liaising with the MTD Data Controller, Planning teams, and Site Teams and ensure it is up to date for ongoing monthly reporting cycles.Financial PlanningSupport the management of costing data in SAP, liaising with the Planning teams and Site Teams and ensuring it is up to date for ongoing critical planning periods.Support PGT system set up for standard costs and liaise with SCF Planning, Finance Managers, and Site Finance Teams to meet agreed AOP timelines and scope of work.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?3+ years of experience in Finance.Financial technical skills achieved through experience and/or (part) accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).Good understanding of standard and actual costing.Basic understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing would be beneficial.Good level of proficiency with data manipulation using software packages - Excel in particular.Functional Analysis; Ability to quickly and accurately deliver period close responsibilities within the agreed timelines.Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations
