Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-Juarez 1 - Cost Analyst**Main Role**: Coordinate financial information for Juarez, Overhead and CAPEX**Responsibilities**:- Business Support: Understand, follow up and analyze variances vs budget execution.- Support the management staff- Coordinate preparation of forecast and budget- Overhead (analyze and understand result, follow up any major variances)- Capex (track BC, asset management, assets count)- Establish and follow KPI's- General accounting and SOX controls execution and compliance- Authorities & Limit Policy (understanding, promote and execute)- Process Improvement Initiatives- Month end activities- Any other duties and responsibility as assigned by the manager or site director- Prepare and lead presentations for actual, forecast and budget**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:- College Degree in Accounting or equivalent- 3-5 years' experience in costing- English 85%- Leadership, self-directed, proactive, problem solver, excellent communication
