Provides strategic advice, support, and services to internal business partners and external audiences and providers.
Develops appropriate and effective policies, procedures and controls pertaining to: financial management, accounting processes and procedures (GAAP), cash management, financial and strategic planning, tax compliance and corporate reporting functions.
Manages and coordinates external financial reporting and investor relations.
Includes Controllers with responsibility for both finance and accounting.
Roles with treasury or investor relations responsibility should be assigned to this job family.

**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 4 years of Cost Accounting experience in a Manufacturing setting
- Experience with ERP Cost Management systems, Oracle preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and accuracy and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of organization.
