We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Supports PTP (Procure to Pay) team with monthly cost reviews.Support other areas in the creation of POs and invoicing doubts.Constant communication with other areas (Finance, Landside, PTP, etc).Work in close partnership with Panamá and India teams to resolve invoicing issues.Support vendors' requirements and doubts regarding the invoicing process.Contributes to process improvement plans.Takes active part in performance reviews, vendors training, reports, etc.Follow up and solve CCP issues with vendors.Monthly/weekly calls with PTP and Panamá team.Solve WF's (invoices with discrepancy).KPI's cost control (Manual POs & PO Amendments).We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, logistics, or related (Desirable: Recently graduated).Advanced English.Growth mindset, organized, time management, and problem-solving skills.High proficiency working with Microsoft Office Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and SAP.You have been reading so far, we're glad to see you are interested.
