En engineer level is required in order to interpret blueprints, determine eaw materials, volumes, die configuration, set up configuration, equipment configuration etc.**EXPERIENCE**:- JOB LOCATION. For the first 2 to 3 years, position is required in Juarez. Afterwards and with proven capacity, we can arrange a working visa to work at our El Paso facilities- AREAS OF EXPERTISE. Quoting, product cost structures, blueprint interpretation, pricing, customer's specifications comprehension, manufacturing process and operations. Also experience on custom-made manufacturing will be preferable. Additional expertise in the areas of production, printing and graphics is a plus.- PAST POSITIONS The position requires demonstrated experience or knowledge in manufacturing.- TIME Two years in similar position.- LANGUAGE. Spanish & English proficiency- SOFTWARE. Microsoft Office proficiency. Manufacturing software knowledge required.**EDUCATION**:- QUALIFICATIONS. Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University. An engineering degree is preferable.**CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:- CORE FUNCTION/CORE RESPONSIBILITY- SELL TO WIN. Support sales team toward achieving sales and customer satisfaction objectives and goals.- SPEED TO MARKET. Support actions and follows up all activities that will produce promptness and speed on issues related to prospects and customers.- QUOTING/ ESTIMATING Support, evaluates, reviews and prepares all estimates and bids. Supports Sales department with the identification of materials, inks, laminates, adhesives, and other raw materials in general. Contact customers or prospects for missing or required information to speed up quoting process.- Determine current pricing on existing items where no product specification has not changed.- DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS. Proactively process quotes and bids. Coordinate efforts with sales, customer service, manufacturing and others to gather data to determine costs associated with art changes, plate charges, pre-press and press time requirements, finishing time requirements and other related costs associated with complex RFQs.- Creates, support or maintains reports pertaining to Customers including but not limited to: RFQs, quotes, won/loss, etc.- Maintains Customers' files (quotes and others) updated.- Assumes all responsibility for workflow process for all new quotes and revisions.- Contact vendors for technical questions.- Works with sales, customers, customer service, manufacturing and engineering in order to select the appropriate press, material, inks, etc. related to customers' requirements, specifications, products and volumes
