The main missions of the role are to:? Provide benchmark cost targets to Division purchasing teams at RFQ and sourcing phases, in line with Strategy defined between Global commodities and BG Costing team:Follow costing tools and procedure for BOP's Calculate and report the gap to benchmark for BOP sourced on a monthly basis?Provide reliability gap to benchmark reporting in serial life and communicate it to all internal customers (Divisions managers, Purchasing managers) of the Division:Calculate the gap to benchmark for all BOP purchased on a monthly basisEnsure all benchmark and actual data are accurate in the target costing tools•Audit suppliers cost structure, identify main gaps and support commodity purchasing teams action plans to close the gaps.Co-lead with relevant commodity purchasing teams all suppliers cost structure audits and consolidate the informations within the costing and purchasing network.•Exchange with global BOP costing network all relevant informations and analysis in order to continuously improve the benchmark simulation environment:Participate to the benchmark activities of competitors systems or new value spaces systems and provide accurate costs estimates for BOP.?OthersCoach the purchasing team on costing fundamentals and audits methodologySensibilize operationals, plant controllers, program controllers to BOP costing targetsRequirements:5 years of experienceBachelor Industrial EngineeringEnglish AdvancedWe thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.Faurecia is so much more than a top-7 global automotive and technology leader.
