Cost Engineer

**Main responsibilities**:- Supervision of the monthly closing and preparation of an executive summary to be submitted to the Financial Manager.- Preparation of the forecast for the next 4 month billing cycle, including revenue, cost, and cash-flow projections.- Preparation and analysis of the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly cost report, weekly reports, LDR, payroll, labor report, summary report, and weekly quantities.- Preparation of payment report to be submitted to the owner at the end of each month.- Supervision of subcontractors and service agreements, purchase orders and change orders, contract modifications, and estimation of billing-payments and cost impact to the project.- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.**Requirements**:- Experience of **2-3 years **as a **Cost Engineer** in heavy civil construction projects (infrastructure, roads, highways, bridges, earth-movements).**Conditions**:- Working for an international company currently expanding.- Payment and handling of the US Work Visa- Salary and other benefits accordingly **(it does not include accommodation and subsistence allowance)**:- 22 working days of vacation per year- Local health insurance (The company will contribute 50% and the remaining 50% will be deducted from payroll).Application Question(s):- This is a position for the USA.
