This critical role will involve in-depth analysis of equipment spend and unit costs, driving data-driven decision-making, developing the necessary processes, workflows, reports, dashboards and controls to deliver visibility, control and governance in this space. In this role, you will develop and manage processes, tools, reports and mechanisms to deliver visibility, governance and efficiencies into our cost, spend, and budget lifecycles for data center equipment.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain costs for all equipment supply chain products (electrical, mechanical, and integrated products) in our centralized cost database.Partner within equipment supply chain and external teams to incorporate costs in supply planning, budget asks, and cost roadmaps to inform decision making.Develop cost benchmarking/analytics to support discussions, justify cost changes, and ensure proper equipment funding
