We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Cost Technology Optimization Engineer, based in our **Alpha Plant (Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México)**.
As a CTO engineer you will be working with the Engineering team to lead the cost reduction events, improve the operation margin (O/I), and validate the operative plant improvements.
**Your Tasks will be**
- Identify cost reduction opportunities
- Documentation, posting, and distribution of the cost reduction goals, and strategies.
- Develop a sales and expenses complete analysis to validate the cost reduction proposals
- Follow ups with Engineering, Materials, and Quality areas to assure the correct implementation of the identified opportunities to reduce costs.
- Coordinate the implementation of cost reduction global projects.
- Support the saving strategies in the plant
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
- 1+ year of experience in the Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing areas
- Previous experience in the Automotive wire Harnesses Industry
- WLL, Material characteristics, material counting knowledge
- English level advanced
