.Job SummaryThis role will support the Canadian Costing and Incentives Team (C&I Team) in creating and administering their monthly programs and providing the C&I Team with additional analytical insights.This role also includes the responsibility for processing incentive payments, drafting communications to the dealer networks, and aggregating data for analytical purposes.B. Job ResponsibilitiesActively manage and update central assumptions to the costing model (charge rate, RVs, MSRP, models and trims) on a timely basis.Set up various costing files to conduct sensitivity analysis. Aggregate sensitivity analysis to create variance explanations for different programs, under different assumptions.Conduct scenario analysis using monthly payments and competitive data (box scores) for the purposes of competitive analysis and discussion with the CMMs.Prepare and update shared templates for competitive review and PRM discussions, including but not limited to, CMM VME Template, C&I variance analysis, and C&I month over month walk.Prepare memos and communications (monthly programs, program changes) to the dealer network, outlining the details of the C&I programs.Prepare, update and validate advertised offers in the Advertising Summary, in conjunction with Regional Marketing, CMM, and Sales.Assist in special projects as required, e.G., data mining mainframe and data warehouse for creation of special reports, liaising with third-party data providers, and preparation of executive presentation material.Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support as required to management.Incentive Payment Processing - Prepare and execute monthly incentive payment system criteria averaging $20M per month (+$250M per year) by consolidating the results of various analysis and queries that require coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.Audit Assistance - Support Senior Manager and Manager with audit requests from both internal and external auditors.1.
