Each of them contributes to the profound impact we strive to make as Capital Mexico.**A Brief Summary of Your Job**:**Duties include but are not limited to**:- Active participation in meetings and portfolio company discussions.- Build, grow and maintain collaborative working relationships with investment professionals.- Attend and engage in calls between our clients with Investment Professionals.- Maintain detailed data entry in the CRM.- Collaborate with our VP of Operation and Account Manager to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions to meet deadlines.**Who You Are**:- 1 year experience in customer service.- Excellent customer service skills: active listening; clear communication; comfort multitasking; attention to detail; attentiveness; collaboration.- Professional communication (writing & verbal).- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities.- Ability to work in a team-centered environment where continuous learning is your day-to-day.- Experienced in using computer software like MS Word and Excel.- Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style.- Motivated to handle a high volume of outbound calls each day leading to positive client outcome.- Experience in cold calling a plus but not required.- Soft sales skills a plus but not required.**Education Requirements**- Associate degree in business, finance, or related fields a plus but not required.- Must be proficient in English - 100% Verbal & Written**What To Expect**- Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm with 1 hr. break- No work on Weekends- USA Holidays Off- No Overtime- Healthcare- Other**Salary**: $16,000 a month (paid biweekly).**Salary**: $16,000.00 per monthExperiência:- Servicio al cliente: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
