Based in Monterrey, MX, the Counsel will report to the SVP & Chief Counsel, North America. This role will provide legal counsel, guidance and support on a wide range of legal matters e.G, operations, supply chain, procurement, etc., which arise from the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Monterrey and Salinas, MX ("Mexico Hub"). The Counsel will provide best-in-class legal services efficiently, timely and in a cost-effective manner by anticipating, addressing and creatively resolving legal issues to protect the best interests of our company. The Counsel must bring solid business acumen, orientation, and focus on problem-solving, while upholding strong ethics and integrity.**Key Responsibilities**- Act as legal counsel for our Mexico Hub on a wide range of legal matters with a specific focus on contract negotiation, labor & employment and health, safety and environmental law.- Contribute to achieving both corporate and business unit strategic goals as a proactive member of the North America Legal Team and as a functional partner with other business and specialist counsel
