How will you make an impact in this role? Serves American Express Card Members around the world with a full range of travel services, from trip planning and booking to enhancing the broader travel experience. Provide exclusive Travel & Lifestyle services to Centurion & Platinum Card Members, creating unique experiences by effectively communicating the value proposition of each product.
Responsibilities: Book and sell the following luxury services:Luxury hotel reservationsCar rentalCruisesLifestyle requests such as dining, sports, and worldwide exclusive eventsAchieve call center metricsSalesMinimum Qualifications Strong Travel and lifestyle knowledgeSuperior knowledge of fine dining, premium retail products, services, travel, sports, etc.Customer service and sales experienceActive listening and excellent written and verbal skillsProblem-solving orientedTeam player and ability to work under pressurePassion for service and focus on customer satisfactionAbility to follow up on complex requestsExcellent attention to detailProactivity and decision-makingStrong coaching and feedback providerSelf-driven and conflict managementEnglish proficiency - EssentialPortuguese - Advanced recommendedOffer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
