As a mandatory requirement for employment in this TDP, the incumbent is (A) to refrain from use of illegal drugs and (B) if required, to submit to urinalysis testing. The selectee must sign a statement acknowledging the position occupied is identified as a TDP.This is a Language Designated Position. Employee is required to demonstrate Spanish Language Proficiency Level 3 (General Professional Proficiency) in any combination of two or more modalities (listening, reading, and speaking).In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions- Miscellaneous Administration & Program (0301).SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 (or higher) grade level or equivalent pay systems. This includes master knowledge and understanding of Counter Narcotics, Counter Threat Finance and Transnational Threats, as well as knowledge of various federal and state operations, military services, and the Department of Defense.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:Ability to coordinate planning, operations, and intelligence support among the command, components, U.S. Embassy country team, Partner Nations and US drug Law Enforcement Agencies.Thorough knowledge of applicable statutory law, policy, procedures, organization, intelligence, and doctrine as it relates to DOD CTF support.Ability to independently analyze information, develop appropriate courses of action, formulate recommendations, and articulate a resolution or decision.Possess experience and knowledge in Homeland Defense and Defense Support to Civil Authorities domestic contingency operations.Knowledge of CTF related planning, operations, intelligence and financial systems.Skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
