Country Finances Director - Mexico

PERFORMANCE Ensures release of monthly results and guarantees their reliability and their legibility Brings punctual assistance to the management controller of sites. Makes and guarantees the investments studies at Country level, in connection with plants Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions, and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. Supervise Cash management, Taxes, and international trade. Ensures projects economical and financial performance following IFRS (International finance reporting standards) Ensure that company IT systems are robust, compliant with the group internal control policies. BUDGET Coordinates and consolidates the budgets and the forecasts of its Country. Budget and Forecast development, deployment, and execution. Organizes the budgetary reviews with the Country and Region Management Ensures cost-price's coherence. PROGRESS APPROACH Proposes, modifies, and completes management and financial procedures in agreement with the Region NAO & group standards. Proposes fiscal's optimizations and sets them up, once validated by corporate. TEAM MANAGEMENT Participates to his staff development and recruitment Sets targets, assists and plans the workload of his team Plans his team's needs in training, position's and career's development Ensures and promotes confidentiality from the team COMPLIANCE Head of compliance in the country. Ensure and promote the respect of Compliance regulations and internal golden rules. Ensures the publication of accounts and tax returns in agreement with the current legislation. Supervise the response internal and external audits (SAT, IMSS ect)
