Country Manager

Davalyn Corporation has been retained to fill the new assignment of **Country Manager - Mexico**.This is a newly created position for an experienced manager with substantial experience as a sales or operations manager and current contacts in Mexico with distribution partners and users of chip making equipment.Position requirements- A thorough knowledge of the Mexican machine tool market with current business relationships- Currently living in Mexico-this is not a remote opportunity- At least ten years' experience in the Mexican market managing a milling or turning business unit- Management experience managing a team or creating a team- Must be bi-lingual- A degree in a business or engineering is required-relevant work experience in the industry will be considered- Experience managing an internal infrastructure of technical support and customer service personnel in addition to an external customer facing sales organization- Experience with tactical and strategic business planning- Strong budget and forecasting performance- A leader not a manager who can mentor, train and develop personnelOur client offers base compensation in the $130,000 to $170,000 range plus performance incentives.Full corporate benefits are offered.Our client will offer relocation assistance within Mexico if required.This is a career opportunity with considerable visibility to international management.Pay: $2,446,119.00 - $3,198,771.00 per year
