You'll lead the projects and initiatives that will take DiDi Food to the next level, and Mentor the team to accelerate their capabilities and professional development.We are looking for an individual who is comfortable tackling complex cross- functional issues and who is ready to collaborate to drive solutions for our key strategic and operational challenges.This role will have a direct impact on how DiDi food drives it's strategy on the delivery and last mile going forward. The individual who joins the team will be passionate about Operation, last mile, Platform Food delivery and ready to deliver high impact analysis (i.E. deep understanding of the competitive dynamics in the regions where we operate and across our different products etc.).Additionally we need structured self starters who can take on projects from start to finish and work across different functional areas and culturesRole Responsibilities:- Design and Lead key projects within the Delivery Central team and cross-functionally with other areas, prioritizing ruthlessly to maximize value generation for the company.- Work closely with the Product team to design, develop and improve app functionality.- Active participation on the operational strategy and execution for the Delivery Central at a regional level.- Manage and be a mentor and role model for the team members involved in your projects.- Handle and understand the food delivery marketplace dynamics and levers so that every stakeholder (Couriers, Restaurants and Eaters) has a good experience.- Generate value-added insights through data-driven analysis to improve and scale operations.- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
