**Requisitos**:

- Carrera terminada.
- 1+ exp en Compensaciones (prácticas cuentan).
- Inglés Avanzado.
- MS Excel Avanzado (tablas dinámicas, v lookups).
- Power BI Básico / Intermedio.
- Manejo de bases de datos.
