**Your key responsibilities**- Responsible for sales forecast numbers providing snapshots of quarterly and FY progress- Develop and generate financial reports including Key Performance Indicators.- Partnering with Operations, HR and Technology to support the business and financial management execution through added value analysis, KPI's and deliverables- Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways.- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.- Preparation of Quarterly reviews to Executive Committee.- Liaise with accounting to understand company financials and create accurate projections.
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**- 5-7 years finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.- Sales Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis experience.- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
High level of knowledge in VB Macros is preferred.- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Cubes, SQL, SAP, Enterprise Data Warehouse- Prior experience with Qlikview or any other BI tool is preferred.- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.- Comfortable with presenting to Senior leaders and working with remote teams- Good communication and presentation skills- Demonstrated internal customer service skills
