**Your key responsibilities***
- Responsible for sales forecast numbers providing snapshots of quarterly and FY progress
- Develop and generate financial reports including Key Performance Indicators.
- Partnering with Operations, HR and Technology to support the business and financial management execution through added value analysis, KPI's and deliverables
- Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways.
- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
- Preparation of Quarterly reviews to Executive Committee.
- Liaise with accounting to understand company financials and create accurate projections.
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- 5-7 years finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.
- Sales Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. High level of knowledge in VB Macros is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Cubes, SQL, SAP, Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Prior experience with Qlikview or any other BI tool is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
- Comfortable with presenting to Senior leaders and working with remote teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
