CPFR Planner II- MX
The CPFR Planner guarantees that final product availability is in the right quantity, place and time throughout statistical analysis, coordinating the collaborative aspects of planning, forecasting and replenishment processes in order to meet shoppers demand, allowing both Niagara and the Customer to maximize sales and profit. All collaboration actions must be aligned to customer's Logistics metrics.
**Detailed Description**
**Strategy & Planning**:
- Stablish collaboration rules & guidelines with all involved parties (Niagara's Sales and Supply Chain Team & Customer's Sales & Replenishment Team)
- Analyze customer's sales and inventory information, detect and implement corrective actions in order to maintain optimal in stock, days of inventory and fill rate levels at a store/product level
- Determine product mix & placement, with both sales and logistics teams, develop corresponding supply plan
**Demand & Supply**:
- Identify significant events that will affect demand during the year (seasonality, promotions, new product launches) in order to ensure correct flow of product through the Supply Chain and guarantee correct in store dates
- Project sell out and translate it to actual sell in, to determine future product ordering & delivery requirements. The CPFR needs to guarantee effective communication inside the organizationBoth Sell Out and Sell In forecast must be generated by month and week to properly communicate to all Supply Chain team members
The forecast needs to be aligned with both Sales & Replenishment teams
- Develop sell in forecast to actual demand (firm PO's submitted by the Customer)
- Communicate actual demand to supply team members in order to have a smooth order to cash process
**Analysis**:
- Exception Management: Active monitoring of planning and operations for out of bound conditions
- Performance Assessment: Calculation of key metrics to evaluate the achievement of business goals, uncover trends and develop alternative strategies
- Negotiate new strategies with Sales & Replenishment team in order to correct exceptions and improve key metrics
- Carry out the necessary adjustments in customer's replenishment system to ensure:
- Correct Sell Out Forecast
- Elaborate Inventory Policy Strategies with Replenishment team
- Elaborate Upcoming promotional events
- Follow-up on strategy implementation and adjust based on actual sell out trend

Align with CDM promotion plans & new products launch dates Analyze sell out history, inventory and price points in order to determine product elasticity and provide feedback of possible sell out and sell in Provide CDM with feedback, generate a sell out and sell in strategy for the customer Meet with customer (both replenishment & sales team) in order to propose promotional strategy or new product deployment strategy and determine collaboratively the final supply and sales strategy for promotions Monitor promotion and adjust accordingly to actual sell out trends Post promotion/new launch analysis to determine success and lessons learned for future promotions

- Review YTD Sell Out and Sell In, propose actions plans in order to adjust Sell in & Sell Out Forecast

- ** CPFR Sr**: CPFR Jr will provide daily input and will validate proper action plans with the CPFR Sr before sharing with Customer's replenishment and Sales Team.
- ** CDM**: CPFR Delivers: Indicators (Sell Out, Inventory Days, Supply Level, Fill Rate), Sell In projection summary aligned to objective, collaboration consensus
CPFR Receives: promotion plan, information on catalog update, collaboration consensus, strategies to drain over-stock, approval of PO extensions generated by Sales.
- ** CSR**: CPFR delivers: PO information generated by Supply that fall outside the automatic role of orders, relates extension approval by the client.
CPFR receives: PO extension requested with corresponding reasons, availability of inventory, and information of deposits for product movement. Inform on PO status
Both CSR & CPFR, need to work together in order to optimize the distribution and supply resources by generating a stable demand and product flow.
