All collaboration actions must be aligned to customer's Logistics metrics.
**Detailed Description****Strategy & Planning**:- Stablish collaboration rules & guidelines with all involved parties (Niagara's Sales and Supply Chain Team & Customer's Sales & Replenishment Team)- Analyze customer's sales and inventory information, detect and implement corrective actions in order to maintain optimal in stock, days of inventory and fill rate levels at a store/product level- Determine product mix & placement, with both sales and logistics teams, develop corresponding supply plan**Demand & Supply**:- Identify significant events that will affect demand during the year (seasonality, promotions, new product launches) in order to ensure correct flow of product through the Supply Chain and guarantee correct in store dates- Project sell out and translate it to actual sell in, to determine future product ordering & delivery requirements
