.Your tasks- Alignment with development and purchasing (in case of raw material shortages)- Take over customer orders checking them for significant changes, if necessary clarify them with the customer; conduct detailed and ramp-up planning; define minimum deliveryquantities in shortage situations- Transfer customer orders to the right project (part number) to avoid overhanging material- Supervise delivery status of supplying plants and deliveries to the customer; in case of shortages alignment with suppliers and customers to avoid line-downs, if necessary organization of premium freights considering the applicable approval process- Main interface for one or more customers regarding logistics topics; clarify topics and communicate solutions back to the customer; in case of interdisciplinary problems involvement of functional superior asking for a decision- Transfer customer orders call-offs and a 18 months rolling forecast towards the supplying plants considering all rules (e.G. inventory targets); attend the VRMs (volumereview meetings) to adjust volumes if necessary- When required monitoring of transferring call-offs into the production plan and into orders of A-materials and allocation materials in the supplying plants; monitor requirements ofA-material and allocation material from a capacity point of view- In case of changes of the original call-off adjustment of call-off aligned with the supplying plant- Monitor suppliers (if applicable) and supplying plants regarding confirmed delivery times and quantities; coordinate ramp-ups andramp-downs; if necessary conduct material scrapping or return shipments- In case of ramp-ups and technical changes receive customer requests and align with other internal functional areas (e.G. OES); schedule dates for BoMs(bill of material), soft- and hardware releases together with project management and request keeping the deadlines; schedule call-off datesand quantities to ensure a successful ramp-up or SOP (start of production)- Key in logistics data into the applicable IT system (e.G. SAP) and initiate process improvements; create reports for internal and external customers and discuss logistics topics with the customers- Check released customer internet platforms and portals for new information and therein maintain data according to instruction- In case of changes of the original logistics concept which could have a financial impact, create an overview calculation and involve business unit which then can inform the customer in a proper way; support business unit (sales, project management) in discussions with the customers; attend negotiations of logistics and consignment contracts together with sales- Support of logistics projects which are clearly defined and timely limited; functional instruction of national and international project members according the scope of the project
