What are the main responsibilities of this role? Head of Maintenance is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the maintenance of the company's assets, delivering a high level of availability and reliability to all operational and administrative areas of the terminal.To provide direction to the technical and planning department to ensure that efficiency standards are met.To analyze performance statistics of all terminal assets and make decisions to improve the areas of opportunity.To create and ensure that the annual maintenance budget is met according to scheduled cargo volumes.To create together with Procurement department the scopes for preventive maintenance managed through service providers.To ensure the team is properly trained to perform the assigned tasks, following up on the design of training programs and ensuring the delivery of trainings on time and in an organized manner.Responsible for improving and modifying equipment design, in coordination with manufacturers, to improve productivity, safety and efficiency.Actively participate in the development of specifications and design when new equipment is acquired, to meet the current requirements and needs of the operation.What talent are we looking for? Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics EngineeringBasic knowledge of the ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 standards.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)Advanced knowledge of maintenance management software systems (CMMS)At least 10 years of experience in supervising port equipment maintenance work (container guides)Interpretation of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and structural diagramsExperience in managing equipment purchase projectsExperience in preparing and monitoring budgetsManagement of maintenance programsIf you have been reading this far, we are glad to know that you are interested in this opportunity.
