We enable company growth by delivering savings through more efficient operations and high levels of service that create competitive advantage while earning and keeping customers' trust.We are seeking an Associate Planning Manager to be responsible for a small organization or single site.As the Associate Planning Manager, you will optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial (inventory) goals and work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvements.What's in it For You:Opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for exposure into all areas of Ecolab's supply chainAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the worldWhat You Will Do:Oversee the execution of the S&OP process, developing demand plans for products on a monthly basis for short, medium, and long-term horizons through quantitative and qualitative sales analyses.• Conduct statistical analysis of historical data to build sales forecasts, including outlier cleaning, use of statistical models, and identification of sales trends and patterns.• Validate demand plans with the sales and marketing teams, request collaborative demand information, and align sales forecasts for product launches and discontinuations.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy and BIAS, ensuring they meet established targets. Analyze major errors to develop corrective actions and improve alignment with business divisions, as well as implement strategies to enhance statistical forecast suggestions.• Collaborate with the Supply Planning team and business divisions to define actions for non-moving items and those at risk of obsolescence.• Interact with the FP&A team to monetize the demand plan.• Assist in the preparation of annual budget plans.• Previous experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning, as well as S&OP and S&OE processesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study5 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experienceS&OP processExperience leading and/or developing othersProficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalentDemonstrated ability to influence and motivate othersLeadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersExperience navigating through ambiguous and complex situationsSome experience in resolving conflict situations effectively, with minimal noisePreferred QualificationsAdvanced technical or business degreeExperience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.APICS CertificationStrong business acumen and experience collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Customers
