This pivotal role demands an individual capable of guiding clients in crafting their messaging and value propositions, as well as developing compelling visual moodboards for brands and campaigns. Joining our talent network offers you connections to the ultimate "freelance" gigs with our clients, but coupled with a variety of support departments (scheduling, billing, client resolution, etc) to help you focus on what you do best.ResponsibilitiesClient Brand Development: Work closely with clients to develop and execute creative strategies for campaigns, focusing on brand messaging, visual identity, and campaign design.Setting up marketing templates for additional designers to execute within.Offering feedback and direction to more junior designers.Partnering with clients to make the most of their resources and brand.Providing creative strategy as needed.Lead and mentor a fractional creative team, including designers and video production staff.Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Facilitate collaboration across departments to align creative output with broader business strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative strategies.SkillsExceptional leadership and communication abilities. (Strong communication in English)Strong project management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects.Creative thinking and effective problem-solving.Deep understanding of branding and design principles.Significant experience with various design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, etc).Meticulous attention to detail.Proven team management and collaborative skills.Qualifications/RequirementsOver 6 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in an agency environment.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.Track record of leading successful creative campaigns.Diverse portfolio showcasing design and creative projects.Experience with eCommerce D2C clients.Bonus if you have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.Additional InformationThis is a 1099 independent contractor position.100% remote work
