As an integral part of our dynamic and energetic team, you will oversee the Production, Logistics, and Installation Departments, with 10+ direct reports, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.**Reports to**:Director of Operations**Responsibilities**:- Lead and oversee the creative vision, strategy, and direction for all projects and initiatives.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with business goals.- Provide artistic direction and guidance to design, copywriting, and production teams, ensuring the highest level of creativity and quality in all deliverables.- Drive innovation and creative excellence across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and experiential.- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, integrating them into the creative process as appropriate.- Present and pitch creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.- Act as a key liaison between creative teams and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives.- Foster client relationships by understanding their needs and providing creative solutions that exceed their expectations.- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute creative insights to support overall business growth.- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to supplement creative resources.- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts.**Minimum Eligibility Requirements**:Initiative and self-starting mindset.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
