You are key to fulfilling our mission: Leading Brands in a journey of transformation alongside Brand Leaders, in the pursuit of creating value for our clients and their consumers through relevance and awareness.You are expected to immerse in every Brand's Universe, spot patterns, and disrupt conventions around them. You are responsible for every creative deliverable and for the conduction, training, and guidance of the creative team.We trust you with these key responsibilities:Receive, understand and decode briefs.Listen, observe and immerse. Understand thoroughly the road and the challenges ahead.Research for references, spot conventionalisms and trends within each Brand's Universe.Lead the Ideation moment in our Brand Journey.Define a vision and strategy for each Brand according to our Disruption Methodology.Transform visions and strategies into clear, powerful Brand Concepts and creative ideas that resonate, shake, challenge, and transform culture in a relevant and memorable way.Conceive and deploy concepts and creative ideas into powerful and feasible applications to positively connect with every Brand's audience and community.Mobilize and engage in transformation by creating, directing and developing powerful, positive and disruptive campaigns for each Brand.Conceive and design creative guidelines and follow them through completion.Find unusual sources of inspiration and encourage your team to do so as well.Detonate and lead powerful and safe-space brainstorming sessions with your Team.Collect and fuel insights.Find the best way to deliver meeting time frames and quality standards.Assign and monitor creative tasks, missions, and schedules without compromising quality, budgets, or deadlines.Follow tasks through completion, being the last and ultimate filter for details and quality.Ensure creative quality standards, deadlines, brand objectives, roadmaps, and ambitions are followed and met.Elaborate and display simple, powerful and persuasive presentations to pitch new project ideas and/or to show progress on projects.Defend the team's work, being empathetic with our clients as well
