.Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a creative director to join our team.As our creative head, you will own the production of content for use in advertising and on-site.We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 6 years of work experience.
Experience in/around DTC & eCommerce is preferred, especially in the context of performance creative.

**Key Objectives**:- Build, manage and coach our in-house creative team in order to produce the creative assets our marketing team needs on an ongoing basis.- Find third-party creative agencies and creatives as needed.
Structure relevant contracts and hold them accountable to performance targets.- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.- Use data gleaned from sources like Rockerbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, etc to optimize performance across our creatives.- Work with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas.- Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during our quarterly and annual offsites.
**Requirements**:- Onsite at our facility in Monterrey, MX.- Fluent in English & Spanish.- Experience with performance creative, or creative for DTC/eCommerce specifically is a massive asset.- You are intimately familiar with the tactical side of producing excellent creative across a variety of mediums
