Finding solutions by creating procedures to avoid mistakesDuties and Responsibilities:- Work with passion and work on multiple projects daily, ensuring the design delivery is on schedule with a high sense of urgency and professionalism in situations under pressure.- Communicate Artwork Issues to Creative Director, Customers, Sales Reps, and the Design team.- Work on multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.Meeting with the Creative Director and team on daily meetings to discuss daily assignments, packagingspecifications, Vision, and deadlines on the projectsEvaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging designs.Brainstorming packaging ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software.Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the companys brand and the market.Selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock-ups.Collaborating with graphic designers to finalize packaging text and graphics.On the Completion of the project mark the checklist to assure that all the fields are checked and delivered to the Creative Director or the customer.**Experience**:3 or more years of experience as a packaging designer.Packaging Design experience is a mustUsing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a daily basisCreating Ready To Print filesCreating White Support filesMulti-taskingMust be self-motivated with positive energyCompensation:$800. to $1, per month depending on experience and level of English skills.Hours are Full time, Monday thru Friday, 8:Am to 5:Pm Pacific Standard time.Please reply with your resume if you feel you are a good fit for the Designers
